I hope to empower you to help guide you towards the change you want. I have an eclectic approach to treatment that is open, relaxed and goal oriented. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Colorado and received a Master of Social Work from Florida State University in 2013. I work with a variety of matters including adjustment, grief and loss, trauma, relationship dynamics and self-esteem/self-worth. I help clients manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
